During the 2014-01-11 (Sat) AiTLE AGM and “What should school do before BYOD” Seminar, AVRIO eSchoolPad has demo its functions and is welcomed by most of the participants. With the great support from AVRIO, AiTLE now can nominate about 5 members to enjoy a free trial of the FULL VERSION of the eSchoolPad till 2014-07-31. Below are some of the detail of the trial :
- The trial is of the FULL VERSION of the eSchoolPad
- Application is opened to AiTLE members only (Ordinary > Associate)
- If selected, please note the following
- Initial installation will only include 10 iPads. AVRIO technician will provide knowledge transfer to the school IT admin to complete the remaining units. The steps are very simple
- AVRIO assumes the school have their own Macintosh machines on site for initial installation. If not, AVRIO will further follow up with the applied case
- If the iPads have never been supervised by Apple Configurator in the past, AVRIO have to wipe the iPads with Apple configurator during the initial installation. If the iPads are properly supervised, an installation guide will be provided for self-service installation. Phone or on-site support can be requested on demand.
- Please note that this is a pre-commercial release trial. Pilot schools may experience unidentified bugs which should be reported to AVRIO
- Pilot schools should provide active feedback to AVRIO for the future improvement
- Although, this is not a commercial arrangement, AVRIO have prepared an end-user agreement, click here for reference
- During the pilot period, AVRIO may publish the school names on their website publicly, If the schools have concerns about their names being published, please notify AVRIO their preference
