鑑於案件目前仍在調查階段，為維持本計劃及顧問委員會運作的獨立性與專業性，經審慎考慮後，本計劃將暫停該名成員的顧問職務，直至另行通知。
本計劃將繼續留意事件發展，並會按需要作出適當跟進。

Statement

We are aware that a member of the Advisory Committee of the Artificial Intelligence Quality Framework AIinEd-PPM is reportedly involved in a matter currently under investigation by the relevant law enforcement authorities. We respect the due process of law.
As the matter remains under investigation, and in order to uphold the independence and professionalism of the AI Quality Framework and its Advisory Committee, we have decided, after careful consideration, to suspend the member’s advisory role until further notice.
We will continue to monitor the situation and take appropriate follow-up action where necessary.
