在剛過去的三月份，AiTLE 與 Google Educator Group Hong Kong (GEG-HK) 及 Google Hong Kong 合辦了「Summit on AI and School Admin System Development（https://www.aitle.org.hk/?p=12746），大受同工們捧場。而其實，AiTLE 自 2016 年起基本上每年也會與 GEG-HK 及不同機構合辦「Google Summit」，讓同工們了解 Google Workplace for Education 的最新發展及 Google 那些新技術可應用在學與教及學校行政上。
隨著 Google AI 的發展，由早前「NotebookLM」及「Agentspace」，到近期火紅的「Nano Banana」，不少同工都表示很有興趣了解更多。而同時，AI Literacy 更是大家所注視的，不少學校都正在草擬校本的 AI Literacy / Guideline / Policy。其實，Google 本身有不少資源是與 AI Literacy / Guideline / Policy 有關的。正如 AiTLE 其中一個 Focus 為 CyberSecurity，早前與 HKIRC 等聯合草擬《香港學校網絡安全指南》，AiTLE 及 GEG-HK 是次與 Google Hong Kong 合作，以 Google 的 AI Literacy 為藍本，草擬一份 Guideline / Policy，給學校參考。並於 2025-11-01（星期六）早上的「AiTLE x GEG-HK x Google Hong Kong : Google Summit for Education 2025」中派發「第一稿」。
